Phillip Morris and Biotechnology

Phillip Morris is moving into downtown Richmond, that’s right, right into the heart of the VA Biotechnology Park. Notice how the trees that once lined 5th Street are gone, could it be that the trees were interfering with the construction inside the heavily fortified parking lot? In response to the recent happenings outside my office.
